Apple jalebi

Ingredients to make Apple jalebi

  • apple rings half kg
  • flour 1 cup
  • cornflour half cup
  • baking soda half tsp
  • yogurt( dahi ) half cup
  • salt 2 pinch
  • sugar 1 cup
  • cardamom powder half tsp
  • kesar
  • rose water
  • ghee as required

How to make Apple jalebi

  1. Mix flour, corn flour, baking soda in a bowl. Add water to form a smooth batter.
  2. Cut the apple to form rings, dip them in the batter and then deep fry them.
  3. In an another pan mix sugar and water, heat it and add cardamom powder, rose water to form the syrup.
  4. Dip the fried apples in the syrup for few minutes and then serve.

I see yogurt in ingredients but you haven't used it. How do we use it?
