  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped coriander or parsley or dried parsley 2 tbsp
  • salt a per taste
  • lime juice 1 tbsp (Optional)
  • cornflour 2 tbsp
  • Little water for binding
  • oil for frying
