Ingredients to make Garlic Chutney Powder

  • Dry coconut 2 halves
  • garlic 1 pod
  • chilli powder 3 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil 1/2 tsp

How to make Garlic Chutney Powder

  1. Cut the coconut into thin strips.
  2. Roast it on a medium flame until you get a good aroma. It should be light brown in colour.
  3. Put it in a wide plate to cool.
  4. Add oil and roast the chilli powder.
  5. Grind all the ingredients together.
  6. Store in an air tight container.

My Tip:

Adjust the chilli powder to your taste. Coconut can also be grated.
