- 2 cups boiled chickpeas
- 2 small onions chopped into small pieces
- 1 large tomato chopped into small pieces
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch lettuce leaves
- 1 cucumber chopped into small pieces
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Black salt to taste
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, except lettuce leaves.
- Take a flat bowl, spread the lettuce leaves all over the bowl.
- Transfer the salad over the leaves.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
