Ingredients to make Chickpea Salad

  • 2 cups boiled chickpeas
  • 2 small onions chopped into small pieces
  • 1 large tomato chopped into small pieces
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 1 bunch lettuce leaves
  • 1 cucumber chopped into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Black salt to taste

How to make Chickpea Salad

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, except lettuce leaves.
  2. Take a flat bowl, spread the lettuce leaves all over the bowl.
  3. Transfer the salad over the leaves.
  4. Garnish with parsley and serve.
