ABOUT Dry fruit ladoo RECIPE

It is a healthy ladoo which diabetic will also enjoy. Flaxseed are used in it which lowers cholesterol.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 100 gm dates
  2. 50 gm figs
  3. 30 gm almonds
  4. 30 gm walnuts
  5. 2-3 tsp flax seeds
  6. 2-3 tsp poppy seeds
  7. 1/4 cup desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Dry roast almonds, figs, flaxseed for a minute on a low flame. Keep aside.
  2. Now take food processor put dates, figs, the above mixture and blend it. Put it in a bowl and keep aside.
  3. In a pan dry roast poppy seeds and desiccated coconut for a minute on a low flame. Take care it does not get burnt. Put this in a plate.
  4. Make balls of blended mixture and roll on the poppy seed and coconut mixture.
  5. Ladoos are ready to serve.
