Ingredients to make Quick Reshmi chicken biryani

  • 1 1/2 cup Basmati Rice
  • 6 Chicken drumsticks
  • 2 Chicken breat pieces
  • 1 cup Yogurt (curd)
  • 5 tbs cashew nut paste
  • 4 tbs cream
  • 1 tbs Green Chili Paste
  • 1 tbs raw papaya paste
  • 1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
  • 1 tsp mace powder
  • 3 tbs Garlic Paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as per required
  • Whole spice
  • 4 clove
  • 3 green cardamom
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 1 tbs crushed black Pepper
  • 1 tsp shahi jeera.
  • For garnish
  • Pinch of Saffron in 1/2 cup milk
  • Mint leaves chopped
  • Kewra water or essence
  • Green and orange color
  • 2 tbs ghee or butter

How to make Quick Reshmi chicken biryani

  1. Boil rice add salt with plenty of water cooked 80% .strain it keep a side.
  2. Marinate the chicken with this mixture and keep aside for 1 hours.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the whole spice Add the marinated chicken and cook for 10 minutes after fully cook.
  4. Arrange rice layer And sprinkle saffron in milk ,mint, ghee,green and orange Color and give dum for 10 minute on medium flame.
  5. Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve hot.
