Ingredients to make Coconut Ice cream

  • 1/2 litre milk
  • 6 pieces coconut burfi
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1/2 tin condensed milk (milk maid)
  • Chocolate syrup for garnish
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

How to make Coconut Ice cream

  1. Take a pan, put milk, coconut milk, coconut burfi and cook for 20 minutes.
  2. Add condensed milk and cook for 5 minutes more. Turn off the flame and let it cool down.
  3. Add vanilla essence and blend it.
  4. Keep this mixture in the freezer for set. Serve chilled.

My Tip:

You can also add dry fruits.
