Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Syrup Ingredients:
  2. Sugar - 1/2 cup
  3. Lemon Juice - 1/2 tablespoon
  4. Water - 1/2 cup
  5. Rose Syrup - 2 tablespoons
  6. For Custard:
  7. Coconut Milk - 250 ml
  8. Condensed Milk - 200 grams
  9. Whipping Cream - 150 ml
  10. Mango Flavoured Custard Powder - 3 tablespoons
  11. Bread Rusks 15- 20 pieces to cover the dish base
  12. Chopped Pistachios for Garnishing

Instructions

  1. Cover the base of the desired shaped dish completely.
  2. Prepare the syrup by mixing sugar, water, lemon juice. Once the mixture is ready, take it off the heat.
  3. Pour 3/4 quantity of this syrup on the lined Rusks and line another rusk layer.
  4. Now mix rose syrup in the rest of sugar syrup and pour it over the second layer of Rusks.
  5. For the custard :
  6. Mix the custard powder with half cup of milk.
  7. Now combine coconut milk, whipping cream, condensed milk and custard powder and cook it on medium heat until thick consistency.
  8. Pour this hot thick mix over the soaked rusks and garnish it with pistachios. Now refrigerate it overnight.
  9. Your yummy dessert is ready to serve.
