a dish i learnt from my mom and which i found is made d best by her and only at my place

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. prawns about 2 vatas
  2. onion 2 large finely chopped
  3. Tomatoes 2 finely chopped
  4. green chilly as per taste finely choped
  5. turmeric pwdr 1tsp
  6. red chilly pwdr 1 1/2 tsp
  7. salt as per taste
  8. oil 2 tbsp +1tbspn
  9. Coriander leaves finely chopped
  10. kasuri meti 1 tsp(optional)
  11. Curry leaves 8-10

Instructions

  1. devien and clean the prawns nicely
  2. keep the prawns for boiling .as soon as you see that the prawns have lost all d water remove from flame and throw the water and light saute d prawns in 1 tbsn of oil
  3. in a kadhai heat oil add onions and green chilly cook until transluscent
  4. Then add tomatoes turmeric and red chilly powder cook until done and the raw smell goes also add curry leaves and salt
  5. now add the sauteed prawns and mix well .
  6. cook coverd until done
  7. now add kasuri methi and switch off the stove
  8. garnish with coriander leaves and add few drops of lemon juice before serving
