Ingredients to make Pav

  • Refined flour – 1 kg
  • salt – 20 gms
  • Bread improver – 5 gms
  • Gluten – 5 gms
  • sugar – 50 gms
  • Milk – 70 ml
  • yeast – 22 gms

How to make Pav

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, gluten, bread improver, and yeast.
  2. Add the salt on the other side – don’t let the salt touch the yeast.
  3. Make a well and break the yeast and milk, mix well.
  4. Add enough water to make soft dough. Put it on a table and stretch it out to activate the gluten.
  5. Leave in the bowl for ten minutes.
  6. After that let it rest on the table and then form balls. Leave to prove .
  7. Bake at 200 degree centigrade till golden brown. Brush with butter. Serve hot!
