Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pomfret 4 fishes
  2. 1/2 inch ginger paste
  3. 1 onion paste
  4. 6-7 cloves of garlic (Paste)
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric
  6. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  7. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1 tbsp cornflour
  9. 2 tsp vinegar
  10. 2 tbsp olive oil
  11. chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  12. green chillies a few
  13. sliced lemon for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Mix all the above ingredients and marinate the fishes in it for 30 minutes.
  2. Pre-heat oven for 15 minutes.
  3. Polish the marinated fishes with olive oil.
  4. Grill each side for 15 minutes.
  5. Garnish grilled fishes with chopped coriander leaves, green chillies and sliced lemon.
