Ingredients to make Healthy White Chocolate Brownies

  • White chocolate chunks 3/4 cup
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Bajra (pearl millet) flour 3/4 cup
  • Wholewheat flour 1/4 cup
  • Sugar – 1/4 cup (as my chocolate slabs are sweetened)
  • Eggs 2
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Vanila essence 1 tsp
  • Dark chocolate shavings 1/4 cup

How to make Healthy White Chocolate Brownies

  1. Grease and line a square cake tin.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chunks and butter by double boil method.
  3. Add oil, vanilla essence, and sugar to this, and mix well.
  4. Now, separately whisk the eggs lightly.
  5. Add them to the wet mixture.
  6. In a bowl, sieve together the bajra flour, wholewheat flour, salt and baking powder.
  7. Preheat the oven to 170 degree centigrade.
  8. Add the flour mixture slowly to the wet ingredients, mixing in between, until well combined.
  9. Now pour the batter to the prepared tin and tap lightly against the counter.
  10. Sprinkle the dark chocolate shavings on the top.
  11. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  12. Allow to cool, and enjoy the chocolatey bites.
