Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Soft juicy corn, boiled 4
  2. Ajwain roasted 1 tsp
  3. Tamarind chutney:
  4. Tamarind 1/2 cups
  5. Gur / Sugar 3 tbsp
  6. Salt to taste (kala namak)
  7. Cumin powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil tamarind in 1 cup water if there are seeds, strain it.
  2. Again heat the tamarind paste and add salt, cumin seeds, gur (jaggery). Cook for 5-8 minutes.
  3. Place hot boiled corn in a plate, pour some chutney over it and sprinkle ajwain.
