Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Rawa 1 cup
  2. Butter milk 1 cup
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Eno 1 tsp
  5. Onions 2 big
  6. Capsicum 1
  7. tomatoes 2
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Pepper 1/2 tsp
  10. Maggi masala seasoning 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix rawa, buttermilk, salt to make idli batter. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Add eno salt to the idli batter and make idlis in small idli moulds by steaming for 10 minutes.
  3. Dice onion, capsicum and tomatoes.
  4. Heat a wok. Add a spoon of oil. Add chopped vegetables and stir fry on high for a minute. Season with little salt and pepper.
  5. Arrange your vegetables and idlis in tooth picks.
  6. Sprinkle some maggi masala seasoning and salt over it.
  7. Heat a non stick pan. Roast for 2 minutes on medium heat.
  8. Turn over and roast for another 2 minutes. Serve.
