Ingredients to make corn lazzania

  • For corn sheet 2 cup whole corn
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • both side open rectangular box for making sheet
  • For stuffing 1 medium sized diced onion
  • 1/2 cup green capsicum diced
  • 1/2 cup red capsicum diced
  • 1/2 whole corn
  • 1/2 cup diced fried potato
  • 1/2 cup cabbage
  • 1/4 tsp black papper
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 pasta masala mix
  • salt to taste
  • olive oil
  • For egg wash 1 egg beaten
  • a pinch of dry garlic crushed
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of red chilli powder
  • 2 piece of cheese slice for garnish
  • For tomato sauce
  • 3 medium sized tamato
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 2 medium sized green chilli
  • 1/4 tsp carrom seeds
  • salt to taste

How to make corn lazzania

  1. 1-Take two cup whole corn and 1 cup corn flour in blender and make paste add a pinch of salt.
  2. 2-Heat non stick pan and place rectangular pan on it and polished with oil on tava and make corn lazzania sheet step by step.
  3. 3-Heat a pan and deep fry the diced potato cubes till light brown in colour in vegetable oil.
  4. 4-Heat a pan with 2 tsp of olive oil.Add cubed sized onion wait for 2 minutes not to till brown than add green capsicum,red capsicum,fried potato,whole corn and cabbage and mix it.
  5. 5-Now add red chilli powder,black pepper,pasta masala mix and add salt to taste.cook it for 3 to 4 minutes in high flame.
  6. 6-Now add all stuffing masala and our ready tomato sauce made by us.mix it well.
  7. 7-Take corn lazzania sheet one by one and assemble stuffing masala on step by step on sheets.pour the egg wash to in every sheet to set the mixture on sheet.
  8. 8-After 3 sheets on last upper sheet covered with cheese slices and bake it for 10 minutes.
  9. 9-Serve it with green chutney,tomato sauce and with caramelized banana.
My Tip: For sauce,3 piece of medium sized tomato,1 medium sized onion,2 piece green chilli.Boil all three things and make paste it and fried it with crushed carrom seeds till make saucy consistency.
