Ingredients to make Fruit and nut chocolate discs

  • 2 slabs of milk chocolate or dark chocolate (Your choice)
  • 1 cup of mix nuts and raisins

How to make Fruit and nut chocolate discs

  1. In a borosil break the slabs of milk chocolate and put it in a microwave for about a minute. You can keep it in for 30 seconds to avoid any burning. Remove from the microwave, mix with a spatula. Microwave again.
  2. Microwave in 30 seconds bursts and keep stirring with a spatula till you get a smooth fully melted chocolate.
  3. Roast the nuts and raisins in a bit of honey, butter for a good flavour. Keep stirring till they turn a little brown in colour.
  4. Once the chocolate is cool enough to be touched, just mix in all the lovely roasted dry fruit and nuts. Mix well.
  5. Put spoon full of this batter on a parchment paper and on a tray. Keep in the fridge for the chocolate to harden.
