Caramel Filled Chocolates

Ingredients to make Caramel Filled Chocolates

  • For fudgy caramel:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chilled unsalted butter
  • For chocolate covering :
  • 1 cup chopped compound chocolate

How to make Caramel Filled Chocolates

  1. In a heavy bottomed pan melt sugar till it turn light brown and then switch off the gas.
  2. Then to it had chilled butter and combine well.
  3. Next add in cream and whisk well and again place in heat till it forms like fudge and place it fridge for 15 mins.
  4. After 10 mins take the fudge out of fridge and make small balls out of of it.
  5. Take chocolate molds and fill half of the mold with melted chocolate and add in the balls of fudge and again fill it with melted chocolate.
  6. Place the mold in fridge and let it set for 20 mins.
