Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup chopped palak
  2. 1/2 cup moong dal
  3. 4 to 5 green chillies finely chooped
  4. 1 - 2 Tsp Saunf
  5. salt to taste
  6. 1 Tsp lal mirch powder
  7. coriender finely chooped
  8. 1 Tsp besan (optional)
  9. 1 Tsp spoon oil
  10. 1 Tsp Haldi
  11. 1 Tsp Rye
  12. 3 cups wheat flour
  13. 1 Tsp Jeera

Instructions

  1. Take oil in cooker ,mix rai- jeera, haldi, palak, dal, green chilly, red pepper, saunf, corriander.
  2. Mix some water and get 2 whistles of the cooker.
  3. Now take aata and mix salt and the paste of cooker and make a dough.
  4. Now make small balls for puries and roll them.
  5. Fry them in oil
