Palak moong dal ki puri

Ingredients to make Palak moong dal ki puri

  • 1 cup chopped palak
  • 1/2 cup moong dal
  • 4 to 5 green chillies finely chooped
  • 1 - 2 Tsp saunf
  • salt to taste
  • 1 Tsp lal mirch powder
  • coriender finely chooped
  • 1 Tsp besan (optional)
  • 1 Tsp spoon oil
  • 1 Tsp haldi
  • 1 Tsp Rye
  • 3 cups wheat flour
  • 1 Tsp jeera

How to make Palak moong dal ki puri

  1. Take oil in cooker ,mix rai- jeera, haldi, palak, dal, green chilly, red pepper, saunf, corriander.
  2. Mix some water and get 2 whistles of the cooker.
  3. Now take aata and mix salt and the paste of cooker and make a dough.
  4. Now make small balls for puries and roll them.
  5. Fry them in oil

My Tip:

You can serve these with lemon pikel,green chatni or curd.
