Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. For the Base:
  2. 500 gms chocolate good day biscuits
  3. 75 gms melted butter
  4. 1 tbsp sugar
  5. 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  6. For the Batter:
  7. 2 cups cream cheese (1 cup hung curd + 200 grams paneer)
  8. 1 pack of Amul cream (whipped)
  9. 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  10. 2 dark chocolate bars (about 160 gms melted)
  11. 1/2 cup sugar
  12. 2 tbsp Nutella
  13. 1 small packet of gelatin (powdered)

Instructions

  1. For Base : Churn the biscuits in the mixer or you can break them using your hands as well. Add the melted butter into biscuit crumbs and add sugar and cocoa powder. Set it in a tin and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  2. For Batter: Make your own cream cheese at home using 1 cup hung curd and 200 grams paneer (cottage cheese) and blend it in a mixie or use a hand blender. Add 1 pack of Amul cream (whipped), this will be about 200 ml to the mixture.
  3. In this mixture, add 2 table spoon cocoa powder, 2 dark chocolate bars (melted), you can choose Bournville chocolate 2 bars about 160 gms, and 1/2 a cup sugar. Add 2 table spoon of Nutella at the end.
  4. To set the batter add 3 tsp of gelatin mixed in 8 tsp water and microwave the mixture for 30 seconds.
  5. Add this to the choco batter and pour the batter over the chilled biscuit mix.
  6. Keep in fridge for about 3-5 hours or overnight for it to set properly. Cut into slices and serve chilled.
