Ingredients to make Eggless, Butterless, Milkless Chocolate Cake In 5 Minutes

  • For the Cake: 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup luke warm water
  • 2-3 tsp canola oil
  • 1-1/2 tsp baking soda (meetha soda)
  • 2-3 tsp white vinegar
  • 2-3 tsp vanilla essence
  • For the chocolate drizzle:
  • 4-5 tablespoon luke warm water
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

How to make Eggless, Butterless, Milkless Chocolate Cake In 5 Minutes

  1. For Cake : Mix all the dry ingredients first.
  2. Create a small well in between the mixed dry ingredients and add vinegar. Mix well
  3. Add the luke warm water bit by bit and keep mixing.
  4. Add the rest of the wet ingredients.
  5. Grease a microwave proof glass bowl with oil and cocoa powder.
  6. Microwave the cake for 5 minutes (in normal heat mode).
  7. For Choco Drizzle : Dissolve sugar in luke warm water and then add cocoa powder. Mix well till it has a smooth consistency without lumps. Pour over the cake and serve.
