Yummy melt-in-the-mouth chocolate. I got this recipe while searching for cocoa powder recipes on the internet.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Sweetened cocoa powder - 6 tbsp
  2. Marie biscuits 12
  3. Dessicated coconut 1/2 cup
  4. Milkmaid 1/2 tin
  5. Milk - a few tsp

Instructions

  1. Crush marie biscuits. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Add 1/2 of the milkmaid, cocoa powder and little milk. Knead into a dough.
  2. Use a rolling pin flatten the dough. Keep aside.
  3. Take another bowl. Add dessicated coconut and remaining milkmaid and make a ball. Keep this ball in between the cling wrap or oily polythene sheet and flatten it.
  4. Now carefully place this rolled coconut dough on the chocolate dough which was flattened.
  5. Carefully fold the two circles together and keep it for freezing for 30 minutes.
  6. Once done, take out the roll from the refrigerator and cut into circles.

Can dis b kept out for long duration after taking from refrigerator.... Or it becomes sticky
