Ingredients to make Eggless Chocolate Coconut Cupcake

  • flour - 1 cup
  • sugar( powdered) - 1/2 cup
  • dessicated coconut - 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 1/4 th cup
  • Cocoa pd.-2 tbsp
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • Baking pd- 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1/4 th tsp
  • vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Vanilla Essence- 1 tsp

How to make Eggless Chocolate Coconut Cupcake

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder. Pass through a sieve 2-3 times and keep aside.
  2. Add vinegar to milk and leave for 5 minutes.
  3. Beat sugar and butter together till light and fluffy. Add in the milk - vinegar mixture.
  4. Gradually add in the flour mixture. Mix in by the cut and fold method.
  5. Finally add dessicated coconut and mix well.
  6. Add vanilla essence to give it a nice flavour.
  7. Finally bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree centigrade for 30 minutes.
