Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fresh milk bread 4 pieces
  2. Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar 1/2 cup
  4. Milk 2 cups
  5. 1 large egg
  6. Salt 1 pinch
  7. Baking soda 1 pinch
  8. Corn flour 1 tbsp
  9. Unsalted Butter 1 cup
  10. White chocolate 2 cups
  11. Salted butter 1/4 cup
  12. Heavy cream 1/4 cup
  13. Vanilla extract 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Preparation of bread : Cut the four sides of each bread.
  2. Take a bowl, add egg and beat well.
  3. Add sugar, milk, salt, cocoa powder, baking soda, corn flour and mix well.
  4. Heat the unsalted butter in a deep frying pan.
  5. Dip each bread into the egg mixture and fry one after another until they gets crunchy.
  6. Keep them aside on a oil absorbing tissue paper.
  7. For white chocolate sauce : Take white chocolate in a microwave proof bowl, add heavy cream, salted butter and microwave for 5 minutes in bursts, keep mixing in intervals.
  8. Mix everything well, add vanilla essence, mix again and keep aside.
  9. Take dessert shallow bowl/dish, cut each fried bread into half, and place in the bowl.
  10. Pour the milk chocolate sauce on the bread.
  11. Serve hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or decorate with whipped cream and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
