ABOUT Choco Chips Chocolate Cake RECIPE

This is a pure chocolate cake with chocochips. I also make muffin following the same recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 6

Flour- 2 cups
Powdered sugar- 1 cup
egg- 1
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Vanilla essence- 2-3 drops
Chocolate chips- 1 cup
Butter- 3/4 cup
Coffee- 1 tsp
Cocoa powder- 2 tsp
Milk- 1 cup
Dark chocolate- melted for decoration
Salt- 1 tsp
Dry fruits such as cashews, walnuts, kismis, almonds cut into small pieces

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade.
Take flour, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl and mix it.
Add sugar, butter and mix well, then add egg and whisk properly.
Add cocoa powder, coffee, vanilla essence, milk, dry fruits and half of the chocolate chips. Mix well, beat the mixture till it becomes smooth.
Grease the cake tin with oil and dust some flour, pour the mixture in it .
Bake the cake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove the cake from tin, let it cool at room temperature.
Take the dark melted chocolate and spread evenly over the cake.
