Ingredients to make Teekha Khattha Mitha Kebab with Khajoor stuffing

  • 1/2 Cup nutrella
  • 1 boil potato
  • oil for frying
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp Whole spices
  • green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 - 2 inch ginger
  • 100 - 200 gm cottage cheese
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 - 5 dates grated
  • Black pepper as per taste
  • sesame seeds as per choice
  • salt to taste

How to make Teekha Khattha Mitha Kebab with Khajoor stuffing

  1. Boil the Nutrella granules, strain.
  2. In a pan add some oil, add the granules, whole mix spices, boiled potato, onion, green chilies and ginger.
  3. Cook for a while, then grind it in a mixer. Cook the paste again until it turn brown.
  4. For the Stuffing: Grate the dates, and add green chillies, cottage cheese, black pepper.
  5. Now, make small balls of the stuffing mixture and then cover it with the nutrella - potato mixture. Roll these on sesame seeds.
