Ingredients to make Chocolate truffle and mousse cake

  • 2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 3 heaped spoon cocoa powder
  • 1 sachet eno
  • 3 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup compound dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp nutella spread

How to make Chocolate truffle and mousse cake

  1. First sift all dry ingredients 2 times.
  2. Mix in all the wet ingredients.
  3. Add the dry ingredients in the wet mixture in parts. Gradually mixing, avoid any lumps.
  4. Preheat oven at 200 degree centigrade for 10 minutes.
  5. Grease a baking tin, pour the mixture and bake at 160 degree centigrade for 45 minutes or till the cake is done.
  6. For ganache melt compound chocolate in a double boiler and mix in the whipping cream. Add nutella spread to it, mix properly and apply on cake.
