Ingredients: 1 cup maida; 1 cup cocoa powder; 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar; 1 cup malai( fresh cream); 1/4 tsp soda; 1 tsp Baking powder; 90% of 1 cup milk powder; 1 1/2 cup milk; 1 tsp vanilla essence; Frosting; 1 cup non dairy whipping cream; 1/4 cup dark chocolate; 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence

Ingredients Serving: 6

1 cup maida
1 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup malai( fresh cream)
1/4 tsp soda
1 tsp Baking powder
90% of 1 cup milk powder
1 1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
Frosting
1 cup non dairy whipping cream
1/4 cup dark chocolate
1/4 tsp Vanilla essence

Instructions

Add cream and sugar and beat until creamy
Seive maida with milk powder, baking powder, cocoa powder and soda
Fold in sieved dry ingredients alternatively with milk
Add essence and beat well
Pour into the cup cakes moulds with paper liners into it, and bake at 180°c for 25 minutes or until tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
When done transfer onto wire rack and let it cool down completely before frosting
Frosting
Melt the chocolate in microwave or using double boiler method and let it cool a little
Whip the cream until soft peaks achieved
Add vanilla essence and slowly add cooled melted chocolate from sides.
Again whip until stiff peaks
Pour into pipping bag with choice of nozzle(I used an open star nozzle) and frost the cupcakes
Mouth watering chocolate cup cakes are ready for indulgence
