My Fair

Ingredients to make My Fair

  • 1 egg
  • 1 grated coconut
  • 1 cup of boiled potatoes
  • 1 cup of beetroot and carrots equal portions
  • 1 big English Tomato
  • 4 cloves of chinese garlic
  • 2 big green chilies cut finely
  • salt to taste
  • 1 table spoon cornflour
  • 10 gms coriander finely cut
  • cheddar cheese just for sprinkle over veggies
  • red chill flakes for decoration
  • black pepper to taste
  • 3 pieces of chili pickling finely cut
  • 2 tablespoon oil of your choice

How to make My Fair

  1. These breakfast has 5 elements 1)Crunchy Potato layers 2)Sauteed Veg 3)Tomato chutney 4)Coconut Milk & 5.)Bulls Eye Egg
  2. Mix boiled potatoes with chilli pickling & salt to taste, smash & work them together, make 4 thin patties & coat it with cornflour, heat a pan on high heat & then bring the heat down add some oil & fry the patties on low heat.
  3. Fry each side till they get crispy. This will take 10 mins.
  4. In another pan add half tablespoon oil and saute beetroot and carrots with 2 pieces of grated garlic, when the veggies are almost done add salt and turn off the gas.
  5. Grate some coconut and and add one cup of warm water and let it sit for 10 min on a table. Then with a hand blender blitz the mixture and then sieve through a strainer to get coconut milk.
  6. Take one English Tomato cut it into 4 pieces, add remaining garlic, some green chilies and salt and microwave them on grill mode for 3 mins once done blitz it in a mixer to get the chutney
  7. Once everything is ready make a bulls eye egg, add salt as per your taste.
  8. Assemble all the components, serve with some cheddar cheese for a hearty breakfast.
