Ingredients to make Choco Cake Pops

  • Cocoa powder 1 tbsp, heaped
  • Condensed milk 3 to 4 tbsp or as required
  • Small vanilla cake or chocolate cake slices about 3 or 4
  • butter 1 tbsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Sliced nuts of your choice or coloured/chocolate sprinkles as required
  • Cooking chocolate (Optional)

How to make Choco Cake Pops

  1. Break the cake into small pieces. Mix in the condensed milk and make small balls.
  2. After you make the balls, keep in the fridge to set for atleast 20 minutes.
  3. Add the cocoa powder to the milk, mix it well and heat it on a low flame.
  4. Add butter and turn it off after a good mix.
  5. Adding butter gives it a nice sheen.
  6. Instead of doing it like this, you can even take melted cooking chocolate.
  7. Take out the balls and dip them in this cocoa butter mix until well coated.
  8. Sprinkle your favourite sprinklers on top or chocolate pieces or even oreo biscuit crumbs like I did.
  9. Keep them back in the fridge for 10 minutes and they are ready.
