Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. carrots 1 cup
  2. French beans 1 cup
  3. Green Peas (matar) 1 cup
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  5. Salt as required
  6. Pepper 1 tsp
  7. Chicken
  8. Maida 1 tbsp
  9. 1 cube amul cheese grated
  10. 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
  11. 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  12. 1 boiled, mashed potato medium size
  13. Egg 2 for dipping
  14. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a pressure cooker add chicken, peas, ginger garlic paste and salt. Boil.
  2. Grate beans and carrot with grater in juliens.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it. In the leftover water boil the vegetables and dry the water.
  4. Add the maida, cheese, pepper, green chilli sauce, chicken, garam masala, potato mix and saute well. Let the mix to cool. If the mix is too wet, add bread slices.
  5. Make the cutlets, dip in egg and shallow fry it.
