Chicken Vegetable Cutlets

Ingredients to make Chicken Vegetable Cutlets

  • carrots 1 cup
  • French beans 1 cup
  • Green Peas (matar) 1 cup
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • salt as required
  • pepper 1 tsp
  • chicken
  • maida 1 tbsp
  • 1 cube amul cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 boiled, mashed potato medium size
  • egg 2 for dipping
  • oil for frying

How to make Chicken Vegetable Cutlets

  1. In a pressure cooker add chicken, peas, ginger garlic paste and salt. Boil.
  2. Grate beans and carrot with grater in juliens.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it. In the leftover water boil the vegetables and dry the water.
  4. Add the maida, cheese, pepper, green chilli sauce, chicken, garam masala, potato mix and saute well. Let the mix to cool. If the mix is too wet, add bread slices.
  5. Make the cutlets, dip in egg and shallow fry it.

My Tip:

Do not add a lot of water. I made approx 18 cuttlets with this quantity
