Ingredients to make Sesame Lavash/ lavosh

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup roasted powdered oats
  • 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

How to make Sesame Lavash/ lavosh

  1. Pre heat the oven at 160 degree Celsius.
  2. Mix all the ingredients to make a soft dough.
  3. Roll it thin with a rolling pin and cut into strips.
  4. Transfer them on the baking tray.
