In a steel bowl melt white chocolate and add in 2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp sugar using double boiler method.
In same way melt dark chocolate. Whisk well to ensure there are no lumps.
Keep it aside to cool.
Whip the cream using a hand blender to get soft peaks.
Add 1/2 a cup of whipping cream in both the melted chocolates.
Mix using cut and fold method.
Refrigerate for at least 1/2 an hour. Serve in a jar or a glass.
Assemble both mousse alternatively by using piping bag for better presentation.
