Made from leftover rice kheer, it is my innovation.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 1/2 cup leftover rice kheer
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 1 tablespoon vanilla custard powder
  4. 1/2 cup sugar or as per taste
  5. 1/2 cup dark chocolate
  6. 1/2 cup mix chopped nuts
  7. For garnishing: 1 tablespoon chocolate sauce
  8. For garnishing: 1 tablespoon choco chips

Instructions

  1. Heat milk in a pan, boil it then add sugar and custard powder paste (1 tablespoon milk + custard powder) boil it for 2 to 3 minutes. Custard is ready.
  2. Let it cool it come down to room temperature.
  3. Melt dark chocolate in the microwave for 40 to 50 seconds, once it melts add 1 tablespoon custard milk and 1 tablespoon kheer in it. Mix it well.
  4. Add custard milk in kheer so we have a chocolate mix and a kheer custard mix.
  5. In a serving bowl or glass first add chocolate mix kheer then add some chopped dry fruits then add custard kheer mix then garnish with choco chips, chocolate sauce and dryfruits.
