Guilt Free Pasta

Ingredients to make Guilt Free Pasta

  • 100 gms Durum wheat Pasta or Whole wheat pasta.
  • 1/2 cup medium cut Red Bellpepper
  • 1/2 Cup medium cut Yellow Bellpepper
  • Handful yellow corn
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • Finley chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon finely powdered roasted oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • Sugar, Salt & pepper
  • garlic powder & Chilliflakes (optional)

How to make Guilt Free Pasta

  1. Boil the pasta in salt water and rinse them and keep aside.
  2. Heat a pan and add olive oil.
  3. Add ground oats and let it roast for a bit.
  4. Add milk to it and stir it for a minute.
  5. As the milk starts to heat, add the veggies and stir.
  6. Add salt & pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar.
  7. Let the stock reduce to sauce consistency. Add more oats powder to thicken your sauce.
  8. Add pasta and mix well. Add mixed herbs and parsley.
  9. Enjoy your Guilt Free Pasta

My Tip:

If you want to add more flavour to it, you may add Garlic Powder and Chilly Flakes if you don't like the bland Italian taste.
