Chocolare Brownies with Cranberries

Ingredients to make Chocolare Brownies with Cranberries

  • 200 gms unsalted butter
  • 200 gms dark chocolate
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3/4 cup plain flour
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate melted as required
  • Whip cream 1 pack
  • 1 cup cranberries

How to make Chocolare Brownies with Cranberries

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degree centigrade. Line a square cake pan with non - stick baking paper.
  2. Heat butter, chocolate and sugar in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
  3. Transfer to a heat proof bowl. Set aside to cool slightly.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla to the chocolate mixture.
  5. Sift together flour and coco powder together and gradually mix in the chocolate mixture.
  6. Stir to combine. Pour the brownie mixture into the lined pan.
  7. Bake for 20 mins or check by inserting a toothpick, if it comes out clean it is baked.
  8. Set aside to cool or refrigerate after it has cooled for at least an hour.
  9. Cut into pieces.
  10. Then take a bowl add whip cream and melted chocolate.
  11. Pour over the cut pieces of brownies.
  12. Decorate with cranberries on top and serve.
