ABOUT Cake in a jiffy RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour/atta 1 cup
  2. Sugar 4 tbsp
  3. Baking powder 2 pinch
  4. Baking soda a pinch
  5. Cocoa powder 2 tsp
  6. Oil 2 tbsp
  7. Luke warm water as required
  8. Chocolate syrup for garnish

Instructions

  1. Take a wide bowl and add all the dry ingredients to it. Add oil and mix well.
  2. Add water and beat in one direction so that there should not be any lumps.
  3. Pour batter in the microwave proof cake mould and microwave for some time.
  4. Check with the help of a toothpick or knife. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
  5. Garnish with chocolate syrup.
