Instant Malai Pyaz

Ingredients to make Instant Malai Pyaz

  • onion 2
  • tomato 2
  • Green chilli 2
  • malai 4 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • ghee - 2 tsp
  • hing - 1/4 tsp
  • jeera - 1/2 tsp
  • Rai - 1/2 tsp

How to make Instant Malai Pyaz

  1. Grind the tomatoes, green chilli and malai together.
  2. Cut the onion and heat ghee in a kadai.
  3. Add jeera, rai and hing for the tadka. Add in the onions and fry till golden in color.
  4. Add in all the dry masala and further add the ground malai gravy.
  5. Add salt, stir and cook for 5-7 minutes till the sabji start releasing ghee. Turn of the flame and serve hot.

My Tip:

Cook upto 7-10 mins stirring in between on low flame until sabji leaves ghee. You can have it with paranthas or roti.
