Ingredients to make Chocolaty Affair

  • 250 gm Oreo Biscuit
  • 75 gm Dark Chocolate
  • 75 gm Milk Chocolate
  • 100 ml Heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 8-10 fresh Strawberries

How to make Chocolaty Affair

  1. Make a fine powder of the oreo biscuits in a mixer.
  2. Take oreo powder in a bowl, add melted butter and mix well.
  3. Take a pie mould, spread the oreo mixture at bottom and sides and press it nicely.
  4. Keep the pie mould in fridge for two hours.
  5. Mix both the chocolates together in a bowl.
  6. Heat the cream till bubbles appear on the sides.
  7. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and mix till the chocolate dissolves.
  8. Pour chocolate mixture in the pie mould.
  9. Keep in the fridge for 1 hour.
  10. Assemble the strawberries and keep in the fridge overnight.
  11. Take out from fridge, demould, cut and serve.
