Fruit and Vegetable Dill Raita

Ingredients to make Fruit and Vegetable Dill Raita

  • 1 cucumber - peeled and diced
  • 1 pomegranate - pearls removed
  • 1 potato - boiled,peeled and diced
  • 1 apple - peeled and diced
  • 100 gms grapes - halved
  • 2 cups thick yogurt - whisked
  • 4 - 5 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped Dill Leaves
  • 3 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp Black Salt (Kala namak)
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala (optional)

How to make Fruit and Vegetable Dill Raita

  1. Mix yogurt,water,sugar,salt and Chaat Masala in a large mixing bowl.Whisk till smooth and thick.Add all the fruit and vegetables and 2 1/2 tbsp Dill Leaves.
  2. Keep aside 2 tbsp Pomegranate Pearls for garnishing.Ladle the Raita into a serving bowl and garnish with the rest of the Dill Leaves and Pomegranate Pearls.
  3. Refrigerate till serving time.Serve chilled!
