  • pumpkin chunks 5 pieces
  • Sweet potato chunks par boiled 5 pieces
  • Tapioca chunks par boiled 5 pieces
  • Dry figs 5 pieces
  • carrot chunks 5 pieces
  • raisins 10 pieces
  • Any chocolate of your choice
  • Desiccated coconut 1/4 cup

How to make Roasted veggie chocolaty delight

  1. Roast all the veggie chunks in grill mode till done.
  2. In the midst of grilling, smear a little butter with a brush and press two raisins on them.
  3. Once roasted, cool them.
  4. Melt the chocolate squares one at a time in microwave for 10 to 20 seconds.
  5. Quickly dip the veggie chunks in the melted chunks one by one.
