ABOUT Italian curry RECIPE

Its a combination of Thai and Italian.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Diced zucchini 1 cup
  2. Diced carrot 1 cup
  3. Diced babycorn 1/2 cup
  4. Small florets of broccoli 1/2cup
  5. Basil leaves 7
  6. 2 green chillies
  7. Coconut milk 250 ml
  8. Cheese or paneer 1/2 cup
  9. Butter 1 and 1/2 tablespoon
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. First grind green chillies and basil with coconut milk make sure no particles of chillies remain, can alter the proportion of chillies.
  2. In a pan take butter, saute all the veggies.
  3. Add salt and coconut milk let it simmer for 5 min.
  4. Now add cheese or paneer and again simmer it in low flame for 5 more mins consistency should be like thicker than curry.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve with garlic or herbed bread.

Italian is my favorite cuisine and Italian curry is most favorable. Basically Italian curry is a combination of Thai and Italian and this is the main dish at parties. Its ingredients are very basic click reference with a unique flavor of coconut. Hope to read about more yummy recipes.
