Sago Chocolate Rabdi Pudding

Ingredients to make Sago Chocolate Rabdi Pudding

  • 4 tablespoons sago pearls/sabudana
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 Cup water
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons chinagrass powder (chocolate flavour)
  • For Rabdi-
  • 1 litre full cream milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Chocolate syrup for garnishing

How to make Sago Chocolate Rabdi Pudding

  1. Soak sago in water for 5hrs.
  2. Add water in wok and boil when water start boiling add sago and sugar in it, cook till sago become transparent it means sago is cooked well.
  3. In other pan add milk and China grass powder, boil it and mix it in sago mixture.
  4. Set and refrigerate overnight.
  5. For Rabdi-
  6. Boil 1ltr milk on slow flame till it reduces to 1/4 in between stir it.
  7. Add sugar and mix well, refrigerate overnight.
  8. Remove sago from mould, set rabdi all around of sago on plate shown in pics.
  9. Garnish chocolate syrup and enjoy the Sago Chocolate Rabdi Pudding.

My Tip:

U can add cocoa powder with 1 more tablespoon of sugar replacing china grass
