Ingredients to make Oreo Paneer Brownie Bombs

  • 1 pack Oreo biscuits (150 g)
  • 100g fresh Malai paneer
  • 100g white Chocolate
  • 50 g dark Chocolate

How to make Oreo Paneer Brownie Bombs

  1. 1. Remove cream from oreo biscuit and crush the biscuits in a mixie jar to fine powder.
  2. 2. Mix malai paneer with crushed biscuits. Knead well with hand to blend together. Now form small balls of this mixture and place in fridge for 1 hour.
  3. 3. Melt white choclate chunks in microwave and then dip these balls in it to coat nicely as to form an outer this layer. Place them on parchment paper or foil and allow it to set in refrigator for 5-10 mins
  4. 4. Melt dark choclate chunks in microwave and fill this melted choclate in a small piping bag. NOW garnish this white choclate brownie bombs with dark choclate lines piped out on top (as shown in pic).
  5. (Preparation and cooking hardly takes 15 mins, only setting them takes long)
