Healthy Chocolate Bark

Ingredients to make Healthy Chocolate Bark

  • Cooking Chocolate 500gm
  • butter 50 gm
  • Muesli 1 cup
  • Oats roasted 4 tbsp
  • Nuts (almonds,dates,peanut,cranberry, walnuts ) 1 cup
  • Seeds (sunflower, sesame,flaxseed)4 tbsp
  • Gems 4 tbsp
  • Coloured sprinkles 4 tbsp

How to make Healthy Chocolate Bark

  1. Toast nuts and chop.
  2. Toast seeds.
  3. Melt chocolate and butter together in a double boiler.
  4. When melted add in everything besides gems and coloured sprinkles.
  5. Pour over butter paper llined pan and spread.
  6. On top add gems and sprinkles.
  7. Chill for half an hour.
  8. Break into small pieces.

My Tip:

I add loads of nuts in winters and dried cranberry, apricots,kiwis...just anything.
