Yummy bambino

Ingredients to make Yummy bambino

  • 1 potato
  • Half cup vermicelli
  • Half capsicum
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 50 gm. paneer
  • Half a cup peas, boiled
  • oil to fry
  • Black mustard seeds 1 teaspoonful
  • garam masala half teaspoon
  • haldi half teaspoon
  • red chilli powder according to taste
  • salt as per taste
  • Hara dhaniya for decoration

How to make Yummy bambino

  1. First boil the oil, add mustard seeds as it starts crackling add all the vegetables except tomato and onion.
  2. Saute for 5 min, then add vermicelli.
  3. Add three fourth cup of water
  4. Then cover the lid of pressure cooker and cook for 1whistle on medium heat
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and onions and green dhaniya leaves.
  6. Serve hot with tomato sauce and some aloo bhujia.

My Tip:

You can also use boiled carrot for more nutrition.
