Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 potato
  2. Half cup vermicelli
  3. Half capsicum
  4. 1 tomato
  5. 1 Onion
  6. 50 gm. Paneer
  7. Half a cup peas, boiled
  8. oil to fry
  9. Black mustard seeds 1 teaspoonful
  10. garam masala half teaspoon
  11. Haldi half teaspoon
  12. Red chilli powder according to taste
  13. salt as per taste
  14. Hara dhaniya for decoration

Instructions

  1. First boil the oil, add mustard seeds as it starts crackling add all the vegetables except tomato and onion.
  2. Saute for 5 min, then add vermicelli.
  3. Add three fourth cup of water
  4. Then cover the lid of pressure cooker and cook for 1whistle on medium heat
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and onions and green dhaniya leaves.
  6. Serve hot with tomato sauce and some aloo bhujia.
