Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Singhada flour 1/1/2 cup
  2. Boiled potato 4 nos
  3. Finely chopped green chili 2 nos
  4. Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  5. Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  6. Rock salt 1 tsp or to taste
  7. Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp
  8. Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  9. Dry mango powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Peel the boiled potato then grate then fine, add all ingredients instead of oil, mix well.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan then make the tikki or roll fry then on medium hot oil till golden and crisp. Serve hot with curd and green chutney
