  • Singhada flour 1/1/2 cup
  • Boiled potato 4 nos
  • Finely chopped green chili 2 nos
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  • rock salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp
  • sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • Dry mango powder 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • oil for frying
