Picada is made here with Almonds, walnuts, Spring Onions , parsley and Dark Chocolate Chips.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cauliflower Florets (1 cup).
  2. Bhavanagari Chillies ( non spicy) 6 no.
  3. Garlic grated 1 tsp
  4. Spring Onions ( cut) 2 tbsp
  5. Olive oil. 3 tbsp.
  6. Sesame seeds 1 tbsp.
  7. Dried Parsley 1 tbsp
  8. Dark Chocolate Chips ( grated ) 2 tsp
  9. Cocoa powder 1 tsp
  10. Roasted Almonds chopped 1 tbsp
  11. Roasted walnut Chopped 1 tbsp
  12. White chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Pepper 1 tsp
  14. Salt to taste.
  15. Garlic Bread Seasoning 1 tbsp
  16. Vanilla extract. 1 tsp
  17. Fresh cream 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash Cauliflower florets, season with salt and pepper. Add 1 tsp oil and bake in oven at 200 c for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile heat olive oil in a nonstick pan. Add crushed garlic and saute till brown. Take out and keep aside. Now in same oil fry chillies well , remove, sprinkle salt and pepper and keep aside.
  3. In the same pan heat oil , add spring Onions stir fry, add sauteed garlic, chilli, pepper. Fold in Roasted Almonds Walnut, Sesame seeds, white Chilli powder, Parseley and grated dark Chocolate Chips. Turn the gas off. Add Vannilla extract and fresh cream ( with added cocoa) keeping a little for Garnish.
  4. Now take out in a serving plate and spread the Cauliflower over it. Serve with Garnish of coriander leaves, Fresh Cream and Cocoa powder.
