Ingredients to make Kuttu ke pakore

  • 2-3 potatoes
  • 1-2 tbsp Kuttu ka aata
  • 1 green chilli
  • coriander leaves
  • sendha namak acc to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • oil for frying
  • Little water

How to make Kuttu ke pakore

  1. Take a bowl add sliced potatoes.
  2. Add kuttu atta green chilli and chopped coriander leaves.
  3. Salt and red chilli powder
  4. Add little water and mix with potatoes(thick consistency).
  5. Add oil in frying pan at high flame add kuttu ke pakore and fry till golden on both the sides.
