Ingredients to make Eggless Caramel Custard Pudding

  • Milk 1 cup
  • Custard powder 1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  • yogurt 1 cup
  • sugar ½ cup
  • Cherry and mint for Garnish

How to make Eggless Caramel Custard Pudding

  1. 1. Take a bowl and add milk, custard powder, yogurt, essence, condense milk and mix nicely.
  2. 2. Heat non stick pan and add sugar and allow it caramelise and switch off flame.
  3. 3. Pour this caramelised mixture at the bottom of silicon mould and on top pour mixed milk mixture.
  4. 4. Take a pressure cooker with water and place filled mould, place lid without whistle and steam it for 15 mins.
  5. 5. Remove from mould using hand and transfer into serving plate. Garnish with cherries and mint.
  6. 6. Now eggless caramel custard is ready to serve.
