Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Jowar flour 3 cups
  2. Jaggery (ghud) 1 cup
  3. Luke warm water 2 cups
  4. Dry crushed coconut 1/2 cup
  5. Fennel seeds 4 teaspoons

Instructions

  1. Take a mixing bowl add jowar flour, jaggery, fennel seeds crushed, coconut mix it. Add Luke warm water and make a dough.
  2. Keep it aside and take kitchen paper than take a small doughs of jowar dough with the help of your fingers make roti or chapatti
  3. Take a pan or tawa than grilled the roti and sever hot
